Are you interested in refining your approach to living by learning effective time-tested skills for leading a healthy lifestyle, and even blossoming as an inspired and empowered human being? Does the idea of combining beach, yoga, meditation, kite surfing in the Caribbean sound amazingly attractive?

If your answer is yes to one, or maybe all, of these questions, our  Yoga Immersion Program, (200hr/ 300hr Yoga Teacher Training) might just be for you. And if so, we invite you to join us at The Yoga Loft, on this positively transformational journey, with lead yoga instructor, Karim Fadali.

This course is  in full compliance with the requisites and standards set by the Yoga Alliance.

Karim Fadali

Dharma-living enthusiast, ex-aeronautical engineer (by education and a short-lived career in the aviation industry), writer/published novelist, surfer, long distance swimmer and inveterate walker, and continuous student of life, Karim has been immersed in the worlds of Yoga, Taoism and Shamanism for the past 32 years.

Direct student of BKS Iyengar, Asthanga’s Shri Pattabhi Jois, and Seattle’s, one and only, Bob Smith, Karim has been sharing his passion for the effectiveness of yoga as a practical and wholesome science of being since the 90s.

While his teaching is strongly anchored in the traditional yogic lineage of Krishnamacharya, it is also infused with the fruits and flowerings of a lifelong desire to naturally be harmonious with the ‘Here and Now’, and spiritually rooted in organically gained wisdom and understanding from decades spent exploring Taoism, Shamanism (from various traditions), and Shivaic Tantrism,  .

Versatile in a variety of yoga styles and approaches,(Vinyasa/Flow, Iyengar, Anusara, Restorative, Yin, Prenatal, Aerial, Partner, Ashtanga -Mysore Style, pranayam, Bandha, Mudra, Mantra, meditation, kriyas), his classes are an invitation to enjoy the practice, in a way that supports, fosters and strengthens one’s will to transcend all unnecessary limitations of perception, and be fully opened to receive, enjoy and share the gifts that life has in store for us.

Blending 1) a solid traditional foundation of yogic science (Vedic, Vedantic and Tantric knowledge), with 2) the palpably uplifting effects of conscious movement/flow, 3) the peaceful gift of meditation and focused awareness, along with 4) the latest findings in wellbeing-related sciences (neuroscience and neurobiology’s most recent supportive research studies of meditation and yoga), Karim’s aim is to make yoga functionally enjoyable for, and safely accessible to everyone.

Karim teaches in English, or bilingually (English and French, and sometimes Spanish).
