These Fitness and Yoga Retreat holidays are a balanced combination of fun exercise vacations and detoxifying, mindful yoga practice. Our group fitness classes are a healthy mix of strength training, cross functional and no equipment workouts adaptable to any fitness level. These vacations are carefully designed to ensure that both beginners and fitness enthusiasts needs are fulfilled with the ultimate goal to get you feeling strong, relaxed and healthy! In between classes you will have enough spare time for other activities like kiteboarding, surfing, circus classes or simply enjoying one of the gorgeous beaches. Balanced and healthy nutritional calories out of local farm fresh ingredients will fuel you to reach your fitness and detox goals!

We can add activities like personal training, surfing or kiteboarding lessons, circus classes or more Yoga classes. Cabarete offers as well lots of half-day adventures, like canyoning, waterfall tours and hiking.

8:30am: Beachfront Breakfast
11am – 12pm: 1st Fitness Class
12pm – 5pm: Free Time
5 – 6pm: 2nd Fitness Class
6 – 7:15pm Yoga Practice
7:30pm: Beachfront Dinner
