During this New Year Yoga Retreat, we will focus on self-awareness through exploration. Self-awareness is all about what makes you tick: your emotions, sensations, triggers, likes, dislikes, thoughts and beliefs. Through a daily yoga practice and a range of group activities we will safely explore our current state of being and where we would like to direct our intentions for the year 2020.
Resolutions always trend around the New Year and while they may work for some, sometimes we NEED to get away from our daily distractions in order to reconnect with our roots.
There are some lessons that only you can teach yourself. If you have reached a stagnant routine in your day to day life or feel out of touch with your intuition and desires, it may be time to seek different experiences. Lessons are hidden in the unknown. Exploring the unknown leads to self-awareness and reflection.
This retreat is designed to safely explore our relationship with ourselves and the world around us. Our morning yoga practice will feature a rejuvenating morning sequence of physical postures with a morning meditation. Our evening class will be a restorative sequence at our loft space overlooking the sunset at Kite Beach. Everyday will feature a group activity and/or excursion following our intention for the day.
