Es un lugar muy tranquilo ubicado frente al mar con acceso directo a la playa, perfecto si quieres cuidarte, descansar y reconectar contigo. Puedes practicar yoga por tu cuenta o hacer yin yoga clases por la tarde. El yoga deck tiene unas vistas espectaculares. También tiene un buen gimnasio con mucho equipamiento pero el material esta bastante oxidado por el efecto del mar. En el precio tienes incluido desayuno, comida y cena, todo vegano/vegetariano. La comida está buena, pero he echado de menos mas fuentes de proteína vegetal. Las habitaciones son sencillas, pero grandes y cuentan con balcón con vista al jardín. El wifi funciona bien en las habitaciones, pero no tan bien en las zonas comunes. Como aspectos a mejorar, creo que hace falta mas mantenimiento de las instalaciones y las habitaciones. También mejoraría un poco el planning de las comidas y ofrecería un desayuno un poco mas elaborado. The location is perfect for kiteboarding—just a short walk to the beach. My son, who doesn’t kiteboard, loved taking walks along the beach in the mornings and practicing yoga. I’m a young remote worker who enjoys traveling while working. This hotel provided the perfect space for me to do that. I stayed in eXtreme for two weeks in May and loved every minute of it. I left feeling so much better about myself and with a greater understanding of what my body can do and how to look after it. Bonus I lost 9lbs in while I was there as well! I loved the fitness classes which were so fun and functional and the trainers adapted to everyones needs and abilities. The gardens were beautifully kept and had so many varieties of fruits growing on the trees, an abundance of freshly grown herbs and the cute little chickens roaming around all day was just delightful. Such a world away from the hustle and bustle of New York. Every morning, I would step out onto the white sand and jump in the ocean, heaven! Robbie the owner would join us for dinner and share his knowledge of the area and engage in his fitness and nutrition understanding. Melanie was an angel, helping me with nutrition advice and allowing me to see what my body was capable of, by then end I could see the results. I had fun on the farm excursion and also enjoyed the local beach restaurants (under her guidance). I felt more balanced and so much calmer and happier when I left. I cannot wait to come again very soon with my girlfriends to share the experience of Cabarete and the hotel with its program. What a true delight to stay at this hotel on a yoga retreat in February! The comfortable, clean room was a few steps from the beach and property pool. At the time of our stay, the kite surfers were close by and entertained with a parade of color and athleticism. Attentive to any requests, this hotel owner and staff hosted our team with professionalism and kindness. Our package included breakfasts and dinners --- the freshest fruit and vegetables were delicious! I was here to deepen my yoga practice, and the experience to hear the gentle surf and meditate in the yoga loft was therapeutic and healing. The hotel property has been beautifully landscaped with lush palms and colorful plants. A relaxing day at the pool is a must. We also enjoyed the close proximity to shops and restaurants.
