Yoga Holiday
A yoga holiday is the perfect way to assure you go home replenished, recharged, and maybe having discovered something new about yourself, having gone a bit deeper into your practice.Giving your day a bit of structure and purpose while having plenty of time to indulge in any other activities you may crave.
Yoga holidays are a great option for solo travelers. If it is your first time taking on a solo adventure and you are feeling a little nervous you could find comfort in knowing that you will be in good company amongst the guests and staff here at eXtreme Hotel. It is definitely a popular destination for solo travelers from around the world. You will be assured to have the company of other yogis during class as well as share your farm to table dining experience at our restaurant La Mesa Taina, with both other guests and some of the eXtreme staff. It’s a lovely opportunity to engage with a diverse array of people. One of the most intriguing parts of this type of experience is finding the shocking parallels amongst complete strangers on different life paths. Hearing the exchange of different languages, or being able to communicate and understand each other even if you don’t speak the same language. This is one of the most beautiful parts of travel in general – taking time to connect with people from different walks of life.
There is plenty to do around here if you are feeling adventurous we can assist you in setting up tours for canyoning excursion or horseback riding, surf lessons, kite surf lessons – just to name a few of the most popular. You can also take a tour of Taino Farm and spend the afternoon getting a closer look at where some of the ingredients in your delicious meals are coming from! If you are looking to just relax and take some time for yourself, there are also beautiful stretches of beach. In the event that you have never traveled alone, it is something I hope for everyone to experience at least once in their lives. It is a liberating and empowering opportunity to cultivate trust in yourself and your instincts.
