We are based out of the Yoga loft at eXtreme hotel, here in sunny Cabarete.

Perched up high on the second floor, under a canna roof overlooking the ocean and beach, sits our magnificent and tranquil yoga loft.

It is a quiet and peaceful place to find your inner chi during yoga class.

The Yoga Loft provides private and group yoga classes from our tranquil setting overlooking Kite Beach, Cabarete.

It doesn’t matter if you are a total beginner or a seasoned pro, our friendly and helpful instructors will give you a yoga workout that is both fun and enjoyable, with the gentle lapping of ocean waves in the background.

Yoga classes are either 60 or 90 min long, and run twice a day, for a great start or end to your day. Combine a yoga class with a work out, a kite surfing session or a surf and you have a well rounded day and are assured a deep sleep.

Yoga packages include beach front room, gym membership, yoga classes and a fun time. Prices from $499 for a week.
